Shape up the subsurface industry for a changing energy landscape

15-16 May 2024

This year’s spring conference of the DGMK, together with the ÖGEW, took place in Celle in Germany under the title “Shape up the subsurface industry for a changing energy landscape”.

Hannah Stieber from the partner MPG took part in this conference with an oral presentation and a poster presenting the concept and results of the E-TANDEM project with the main focus on the scale-up from lab experiments to a continuous setup. More than 600 experts from academia and industry met to present their research, exchanged ideas and shared new developments and latest results.

A focus of the conference was, in addition to transformation processes, the storage and use of CO2, the defossilization and use of greener solutions in the mobility and energy sector and the use of e-fuels, which is why the E-Tandem project attracted a lot of interest.
